• There is such a problem (this is due to access rights to the com.adobe.dunamis folder), but the program can work normally without administrator rights (not for everyone), so it is recommended to run the program as an administrator.
• By default, the assembly starts with the English interface, to change the language, apply the settings and restart Photoshop
